Missing or damaged parts in your newly purchased game published by Board&Dice? Please accept our sincere apologies along with an assurance that we will replace those parts free of charge!

While creating a ticket, please describe your issue in as many details as possible. It will help us to process your ticket quickly.

If you are in need of replacement, please provide us with your shipping info.

A few reminders:

  • We do not replace the whole game when there are missing or damaged parts.
  • We do not replace game boxes or any inserts that come with them (Deluxe editions excluded).
  • We kindly ask you to provide us with your shipping details to process your ticket.
  • We try to reply as soon as possible, but it may take a while for our logistic centers to send you the replacements you asked for.
  • When your replacements have been sent, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder or use the link above.
  • Replacement parts are shipped from Poland using local post. Most parts are shipped without a tracking number.

To reach its destination, a package/envelope takes:

1–3 weeks to Europe
2–12 weeks to North America
3–15 weeks to South America, Africa, and Asia
4–17 weeks to Australia and Oceania
