Replacement Parts Policy

  • We replace missing or damaged parts free of charge — no need to return the whole game.

  • Boxes and inserts are not replaced unless you have a Deluxe edition.

  • Shipping times vary by region (see below).

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your replacement parts are shipped.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Europe: 1–3 weeks

  • North America: 2–12 weeks

  • South America, Africa, Asia: 3–15 weeks

  • Australia & Oceania: 4–17 weeks
