Missing or damaged parts in your newly purchased game published by Board & Dice? Please accept our sincere apologies along with an assurance that we will replace those parts free of charge!

Please be as specific as possible. By providing an exact description of any components in need of replacement we will be able to process your request faster. Please verify that your address is accurate and complete.

A customer support agent will respond within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

A few reminders:

  • We do not replace the whole game when there are missing or damaged parts.
  • Generally, we do not replace game boxes or any inserts that come with them.
  • Customer support requests accompanied by an incomplete address will not be processed.
  • Customer support tickets are processed on the following Monday after being created.
  • After your ticket has been processed, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Please check your spam folder or use the link above.
  • Replacement parts are shipped from Poland using local post. Most parts are shipped without a tracking number.

To reach its destination, a package/envelope takes:

1–3 weeks to Europe
2–12 weeks to North America
3–15 weeks to South America, Africa, and Asia
4–17 weeks to Australia and Oceania
