Yes! We offer preorders for selected upcoming titles. When you preorder, your copy is guaranteed and will ship as soon as the product is released.

We don’t sell parts separately, but if you’re missing components from a game published by Board & Dice, we’ll send free replacements. Just fill out a support ticket and include your shipping info.
Yes — many of our games have expansions or promotional items that enhance gameplay. If an expansion is available, you’ll find it listed directly on the main game’s product page or in the Ekspansions section.
We ship to the majority of countries worldwide. However, we currently do not offer shipping to the following countries and regions:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on two key factors:
The country your order is being delivered to
The warehouse your order is shipped from (either Europe or the USA)
Our system will determine the most optimal and cost-effective rate for your order. All prices shown include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT for EU countries).
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible:
In Europe: Orders are handed over to our logistics partner within 2 working days
In the USA: Orders are handed over within 5 working days
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. If you can’t find it in your inbox, take a look in your spam or promotions folder.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send another email with tracking details—if tracking is available for your shipment.
If you set up an account during checkout, you can also sign in at any time to view your order history and current status directly on your account page.
At the moment, we’re unable to merge separate orders into one shipment. To ensure timely delivery, we also recommend placing preorders and in-stock items in separate orders, as combining them may delay the entire shipment until all products are available.
Yes — you can return a product within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Just contact us at contact@boardanddice.com with your order number and let us know if you’d like a refund or replacement. For full details, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
To start a return, simply email us at contact@boardanddice.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement. We’ll then send you the return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The money will be sent to your original payment method — delays may depend on your bank or credit card provider. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
No. Digital content — like PDF rulebooks or print-and-play files — is non-refundable once it has been delivered or downloaded.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, please follow our return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, you can place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
We’re sorry to hear that! If your game arrived with visible damage, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@boardanddice.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the damage to help us evaluate the issue. If the damage affects gameplay components, we’ll send replacements at no charge. Please note that we do not replace boxes or inserts unless it’s a Deluxe edition.
Replacement parts are shipped from Poland via local post, and most packages do not include tracking. Depending on your location, delivery times are approximately:
1–3 weeks within Europe
2–12 weeks to North America
3–15 weeks to South America, Africa, and Asia

No, creating an account is optional. You can shop as a guest, but having an account helps you track your orders and manage shipping details more easily.
