Game Overview
Expand and Conquer in the Growing City
Teotihuacan is thriving with activity and growth! As the city expands, settlers from surrounding regions flock to its vibrant streets. A majestic new temple stands as a symbol of the city’s prosperity, drawing local governors who seek the gods’ favor as they help decorate and further develop Teotihuacan. However, the rapid expansion also brings new challenges, requiring adaptability to the ever-changing seasons and increasing demands of the people.
Teotihuacan: Late Preclassic Period is a modular expansion that enhances the base game with exciting new gameplay elements. This expansion introduces asymmetrical player powers, giving each player a unique strategic advantage. A prestigious fourth temple brings permanent powerful abilities but requires great effort to advance. Seasonal and eclipse effects create dynamic changes throughout the game, offering fresh challenges and opportunities.
Additionally, new engineering techniques and plans to beautify the Pyramid of the Sun provide players with new ways to influence the game, adding depth and complexity.
All modules are fully compatible, allowing you to mix and match them for a customized gameplay experience or enjoy them individually for added variety.
Please note: This is an expansion for Teotihuacan: City of Gods. A copy of the base game is required to play.
