PITCH YOUR GAME TO BOARD&DICE

Are you a board game designer with a new project? We are always on the lookout for fresh, unique, and well-developed designs. To streamline our collaboration and ensure your submission has the best chance, please follow the guidelines below.

We specialize in publishing heavy and medium-weight euro games. We are deeply committed to creating titles that offer challenging and rewarding experiences for players worldwide.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BOARD GAME TO US

To help us find a perfect match for our portfolio, please focus your submission on these key elements.

1. Pitching Your Board Game: What We Need in Your Email

Your email pitch should be concise and engaging. It should include:

2. Core Requirements for Your Game

3. Mechanics We Are Looking For

We are looking for designs with rich and interconnected mechanics. Our preferred types include:

What We Do Not Publish:

Please do not submit games that rely on negative player interaction (e.g., directly removing a player’s pieces or breaking their engine), push-your-luck, or real-time mechanics. We also do not publish party, family, adventure, or dexterity games, or designs with excessive output randomness.

4. The Role of a Digital Prototype (TTS)

A digital version of your game (e.g., a TTS module) is not required, but it is highly appreciated and will help us evaluate your design more efficiently. Editable files are a plus if we decide to work further on the game.

Next step

Our team of experienced players and developers carefully reviews all submissions. If we are interested in your design, we will reach out to you to schedule an online meeting (approximately 1.25 hours) to go through the rules and play the game together.

Following the initial playtest, we will provide you with our initial feedback, and then follow up with a more detailed written report. If we are satisfied with the outcome, we will playtest the game internally with our employees multiple times.

If we see potential in the design but feel it’s not yet ready for our portfolio, we will provide you with our suggestions for further development. Once the game meets our standards, we will contact you to discuss collaboration. This includes the possibility of re-theming the game, our development team’s initial suggestions for adjustments (based on our client base), and a proposed release date.
